The fastest-growing NIssan dealership in the region is expanding again — and we’re searching for a proven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Sales operations to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Drive profitability across both new & used vehicle departments
Develop annual sales forecasts (vehicle sales, gross, expenses, and operating profit)
Set and exceed sales goals by coaching & motivating the sales team
Hold weekly sales meetings and deliver impactful training sessions
Manage inventory supply, acquisition, and trade-in appraisals
Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve escalated issues promptly
Partner with the Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize performance
Uphold the highest ethical standards and represent the dealership with integrity

What You Bring

2+ years of proven dealership sales management experience
Ability to lead multiple departments and manage diverse teams
Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Drive to work the hours it takes — including evenings & weekends — to win
Valid state sales license
